Office of Equity and Anti-Racism 2SLGBTQIA+ Action Plan Public Survey and Engagement Sessions

As part of the July 2023 Equity and Anti-Racism Strategy, the Government of Nova Scotia is conducting a public survey and facilitating engagement sessions for the 2SLGBTQIA+ Action Plan. This Plan, which will be based on community feedback, aims to address harassment against 2SLGBTQIA+ people and improve their quality of life. The survey and sessions are taking place between May 30th to July 31st, 2024.

Anyone who is a part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ population in Nova Scotia is encouraged to complete the survey and take part in an engagement session.

The upcoming sessions are:

  • Saturday, June 15th from 1PM-3PM

  • Thursday, June 20th from 6:30PM-8:30PM

  • Sunday, July 14th from 6PM-8PM

Additional engagement sessions may be conducted by community-based organizations and will appear on the Office’s 2SLGBTQIA+ Action Plan page.
