It is open to residents of Nova Scotia who are Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents, and with a focus on those from equity-deserving groups (Indigenous Peoples, African Nova Scotians, Racially Visible Individuals, Persons with Disabilities, Newcomers, and Women).
