The Nova Scotia Construction Sector Council has opened registration for their 2026 Trades Summer Camp for grades 7-9.

What is Included

  • Explore the Trades Exhibition Hall.

  • Safety training & workshops with industry experts.

  • Team-building challenges & construction-themed games.

  • Scavenger hunt & Skilled Trades AR/VR simulators.

Details

  • Free to attend.

  • Campers must be at least 12 years old and entering grades 7, 8, or 9 in September 2026.

  • Campers must attend the Monday of camp for safety training. Those who do not attend training will not be able to participate.

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) and lunch is provided for campers.

  • Duration: Monday July 13th – Friday July 17th from 9am – 3:30pm.

  • Location: 10 Ragged Lake Blvd., Halifax NS.
