Upcoming training sessions! Join Sea Change Colab to learn how to best support and retain your workforce. This winter, the organization is hosting two Learning Series, which you can sign up for here.

  • 4-Week Virtual Training Cohorts 

    • A blended series that combines zoom sessions and self paced modules. This winter, the series will be focusing on Accessibility and Allyship 

    • Accessibility: Jan 18th 2024-February 15th 2024 

    • Allyship: Feb 22nd 2024-March 21st 2024 

  • Monthly Skill Builders 

    • 90-minute virtual sessions that allow participants to build their knowledge and skills through scenarios and frameworks. Each session is from 1pm to 2:30pm AST. 

    • Accessible Recruitment and Hiring: Jan 31st with Nicole Cammaert  

    • Accommodations at Work: February 28th with Corrie Melanson  

    • Plain Language: March 27th with Erin Casey
