Construction Industry Peer Support for Mental Health

Construction Safety will be launching its Construction Industry Peer Support for Mental Health initiatives soon. This program is for all in the Nova Scotia construction industry who want to share their experiences and connect with others in the industry. Each meeting will be virtual and led by construction industry peers who have faced mental health challenges. As Construction Safety states, peer support groups can be helpful, but should not be used instead of therapy or counseling.
