Join the Nova Scotia Construction Sector Council’s Free Pipe Trades Pre-Employment Program. The 15-week, 12-person program, starting on February 23rd, 2026 and ending on June 5th, 2026, is open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents living in Nova Scotia.

Who Can Apply

  • Open to residents of Nova Scotia, with a focus on attracting individuals from equity-deserving groups including Indigenous Peoples, African Nova Scotians, Racially Visible Individuals, Persons with Disabilities, Newcomers, and Women.

  • Individuals must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, and a resident of Nova Scotia.
