According to the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency (NSAA), “Foundations of Belonging in the Workplace is a free program sponsored by the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency (NSAA). Designed for Nova Scotia's skilled trade sectors, it gives employers, supervisors, journeypersons, and apprentices practical learning strategies to build welcoming, inclusive, and more productive workplaces.  It combines 11 online, self-paced modules with 2 live virtual debrief sessions.”
