CCWESTT is hosting its We Are Trades: Creating Safe and Inclusive Workplaces for Everyone in a two-part virtual workshop! June’s workshop will occur on June 18th and June 25th at 7 pm AST. The workshops are open to all genders, but male leaders are strongly encouraged to attend.

We Are Trades framework and workshops provide employers with actionable steps to establish a safe and inclusive workplace for everyone. Participants gain confidence as allies by exploring privilege, inclusive language, and the professional behaviours that make a safe and inclusive workplace.
