The Africadien Empowerment Academy is hosting its 10th-anniversary celebration. During this celebration, the Academy will mark the successful achievement of many of its programs, particularly in their programs for those of African descent in the skilled trades.
The Annual General Meeting will take place from 11am to 12pm and the Anniversary Luncheon and Trade Show will take place from 12pm to 2pm. The Guest Speaker is Dr. LeQuita Porter and the spoken word poem will be by Dr. George E. Clarke.
